We don't operate like a traditional venture fund
...because we aren’t one
Most capital networks lack the bandwidth to source, prepare, and follow every opportunity. Narro brings venture judgment, structured preparation, and warm-introduction coordination to the founders and partners who need it.
Our operating model
Narro Ventures is organized around trust, relationship quality, disciplined preparation, and accountable execution. We convert ecosystem access into relevant, permission-based, well-documented investor engagement: across sourcing, readiness, introductions, showcases, and follow-through.
We are based in Canada and work across the early-stage ecosystem with founder networks, accelerators, angel groups, institutional sponsors, and investor committees. Engagements are scoped with clear consent, accurate role representation, and transparent limitations on what we do and do not guarantee.
We may ultimately invest directly or manage investment vehicles, but our present mandate is venture services, founder preparation, investor relations, warm-introduction coordination, program delivery, and relationship-led capital pathways, not deploying a traditional fund model.
Relevance before volume. Preparation before introduction. Permission before information sharing.
What we look for in every pathway
Before any introduction or showcase placement, we assess whether a company and a capital pathway are genuinely aligned.
- Stage, sector, geography, and raise-fit relative to the investor or group process
- Material completeness and readiness gaps that must be closed first
- Founder consent and accurate, current company information
- Clear Narro role disclosure, with no guarantee of meetings, diligence, or investment
- Documented attribution, follow-up plan, and conflict or compensation disclosure where required
Five pillars of our service model
Sourcing & intake
Qualified referral pathways from incubators, founder networks, angel groups, and institutional programs.
Fit & readiness
Stage, sector, and raise-fit review, with readiness gaps identified before any introduction.
Founder preparation
Investor narrative, pitch preparation, materials coordination, and data-room readiness.
Warm introductions
Consent-based, contextual introductions to relevant investors, with clear role disclosure.
Showcases & follow-through
Curated investor events, interest capture, diligence coordination, and outcome reporting.
The best outcome for founders
For us, capital access is more than a list of names. We only coordinate introductions when preparation, fit, and consent are in place: and when we can add meaningful structure to the process.
Once engaged, we support investor narrative, pitch preparation, materials coordination, meeting preparation, and disciplined follow-through: always with transparent scope and no guarantee of investment.
Built for ecosystem partners
Incubators, accelerators, government programs, and founder communities need a repeatable pathway from founder support into investor engagement, with clear criteria, preparation standards, and outcome reporting.
Narro acts as a retained operator for capital-access programming: pipeline design, founder preparation, showcase production, sponsor relations, and accountable follow-through after every introduction or event.
Our work is only as strong as the relationships behind it.
For founders
“Context before cold outreach. Preparation before the room. Follow-through after the meeting, with a process you can see.”
For investors & angel groups
“Relevant, prepared opportunities from trusted ecosystem sources: less noise, better materials, accountable follow-up.”
For ecosystem partners
“A repeatable pathway from founder support to investor engagement, with clear criteria, standards, and measurable outcomes.”
